How It's Made

Every NAQSH piece starts as a name, not a product. Here’s exactly what happens between the moment you type that name and the moment it arrives at your door.

1. You choose the words

Pick your piece, then tell us what you want cut — a name, initials, or a short date, in English, Arabic, or Urdu script. You can preview the layout before anything is touched.

2. We confirm the spelling with you

Names are personal, and Arabic and Urdu script can be written more than one way. Before we cut anything, we message you on WhatsApp to confirm the exact spelling and layout. Nothing goes to the workbench until you approve it.

3. Cut, polished, and inspected by hand

Once you’ve confirmed, your piece is cut from 14k gold-plated brass or sterling silver, then filed and polished by hand until the edges are smooth and the finish catches the light properly. Every piece is checked before it leaves the workbench.

4. Packed and shipped

Your finished piece is cleaned, boxed, and shipped across the Emirates. Handmade pieces take a little longer than off-the-shelf jewelry — most orders are ready in 5–7 days — but every piece that goes out has been made for you, not pulled off a shelf.
